Introduction

This Partner Policy (“Policy”) governs how Unischooly (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information received from partners, vendors, instructors, service providers, and collaborators (collectively, “Partners”).

Unischooly does not sell or commercially exploit Partner information. Information may be shared only:

• With authorized internal teams on a need-to-know basis.
• With professional advisors, auditors, or regulators where required.

Confidentiality Obligations

All Partner information is treated as confidential. Partners are similarly expected to maintain confidentiality of Unischooly’s proprietary information, business data, and intellectual property.
