This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, as well as any amending statutes. It is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
These Users Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”) are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as amended from time to time.
The website www.unischooly.com (“Website”) and related applications and services are created and operated by Unischooly (hereinafter referred to as “Unischooly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. We provide online learning programs, camps, competitions and related services through the Website.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use:
- “User”, “you”, “your” or “yourself” refers to any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Website and/or the services offered through it, including parents or legal guardians acting for minors.
- “Third Party” refers to any person or entity other than Unischooly and the User.
By accessing or using any part of the Website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website and services immediately.
General Terms
- The headings used in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions contained herein.

- All payments are processed by Third Party payment providers, and your use of such gateways is subject to their terms and conditions, privacy policies and other rules.
- Unischooly does not store your complete payment instrument details and shall not be liable for any error, issue, fraud, chargeback or dispute arising from such payment transactions, except to the extent required by applicable law.
- Any additional charges, including payment gateway fees, currency conversion or bank charges, may be borne by you as per the policies of your bank or payment provider.

- Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Website or services will be limited to the amount you actually paid to Unischooly for the relevant service, or such lesser amount as may be permitted under applicable law.
- Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Website or services is to stop using them.
Term
- These Terms of Use remain in effect for as long as you access or use the Website or services.
- You may cease using the Website at any time. However, any obligations incurred before such cessation (including payment obligations, indemnities and limitations of liability) will survive.
- We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website or services without prior notice.
Termination

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights in and to the Website and its Content (including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, graphics, layouts, interfaces, software and learning material) belong to Unischooly or its licensors.

Force Majeure
Unischooly shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Use if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, telecommunication failures, power outages or breakdown of internet services.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their interpretation and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the Website shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Unischooly. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be [●], India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
