- Unused Class: A class that has not been attended or delivered.
- Payment Date: Date of successful transaction.
- Refund Window: Eligible duration from the payment date.

- Refunds apply only to paid programs.
- Refund eligibility is calculated from the payment date.
- Only unused classes are eligible for refund.
- Refunds are subject to track-specific timelines.
- A mandatory exit interview must be completed.

Mandatory Exit Interview
As part of the refund process, Unischooly requires users to complete a mandatory exit interview or discussion with our academic or support team.
This interaction helps us understand concerns, explore resolution options, and confirm refund eligibility. Failure to complete this step may result in rejection of the refund request.
Refund Request Process
- Email a refund request to support@unischooly.com.
- Include learner name, registered email, program, and reason.
- Complete the mandatory exit interview.
- Refund decision communicated via email.
Refund Calculation
- Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
- Cost of attended classes is non-refundable.
- Taxes, gateway fees, or discounts may be adjusted.
- Refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Delays caused by banks or payment providers are beyond Unischooly’s control.
